WINE STYLE
This wine, a “Cape” blend embodies what is Sumaridge,
the location. Gracious, open and inviting. Diverse in flavour
with complimentary expression of all components to
present a well balanced whole, leaving a lasting impression
with a desire to return. Character typically derived from
the cool maritime conditions which affect the vineyards
complimented by sound use of oak will ensure that this
wine will age gracefully.
