WINE STYLE
An elegant example, defined by the cool maritime location
of the vineyards with added complexity derived from
varying site elevation soil texture and slope. The blocks
were specifically harvested and vinified separately to
optimise site, this wine captures the essence of the variety
in our location. Striking purity of freshness with fig, green
asparagus nose and tropical fruit notes. This is enveloped
in an intense and weighty palate evolved during a period
of contact on fine lees which allows the wine to finish with
a refreshing mineral complexity. |
